TRO TORCH MODEL 7800

The Arctec® 7800 TRO spray torch system is a precision metal build up and hard facing process. It employs high strength, diffusion bonding powder alloys, fed through an oxy-acetylene flame, and can be considered a high temperature brazing process. The bonding temperature is in the 1850° F to 1950° F range. The powder is fed into the flame from a hopper attached to the torch. Other than this, the torch is similar in operation to a conventional oxy-acetylene brazing torch. Arctec also carries a full line of mixers and tip sizes, accessories and replacement parts.

223XC

Premium high strength, all position low hydrogen type electrode with exceptional welder appeal. For use on medium carbon and cast steel. Outstanding impact values. Produces sound crack free deposits. This is a 10″ (250mm) overall length electrode and is great for tacking, shorter fillet welds and when welding in tight spaces is required.
Polariity: DC, Reverse, or AC.
Tensile Strength: Up to 85,000 PSI
Available in 5/32 & 1/8 sizes.

222 LOW ALLOY

Premium high strength, all position low hydrogen type electrode with exceptional welder appeal. For use on medium carbon and cast steel. Outstanding impact values. Produces sound crack free deposits. 265-S UNICROM

Superior all position electrode for joining and build-up of high alloy and dissimilar steels, tool steels, spring steels, stainless steels and cast steels. High strength, impact, heat and corrosion resistant weld deposits.

60 ECOFACE

Economical general hard surfacing alloy for build-up and hard overlays. Specially coated for all position welding. Combines high hardness with excellent impact resistance. Machineable by grinding only.

63 HARDCRO

Premium chromium carbide hard facing electrode suited for extreme abrasion with moderate impact loads. Produces deposits with a very smooth surface. Machineable by grinding only.

TUNGCOTE E

Tubular tungsten carbide hard facing electrode consisting of 63% sintered tungsten carbide in a Ni-Cr-B-Si matrix. For extreme abrasion, high heat, and corrosion resistance. Very high degree of wear resistance combined with moderate impact.

ER70S-6

AWS A5.18 ER70S-6. Premium quality gas shielded copper coated solid wire (MIG) for general purpose welding and fabrication. Exceptionally smooth welds. Layer wound spooling provides trouble free operation. CWB certified. 20 kg spools. Tensile Strength up to 86,000 PSI. Elongation 24%

440 s ALUMINUM

Exceptional quality coated contact electrode for arc welding a wide variety of aluminum and aluminum alloys. Not suitable for anodizing. May also be applied with an oxy-acetylene torch.
DC reverse or Oxy-acetylene.
